Adolescent Therapy

With extensive work with adolescents and teens in inpatient treatment centers as well as the school environment, I am adept at building rapport with young people quickly and treating many of the issues that teens grapple with today, including anxiety, depression, suicidality, navigating transitioning to college, social media and peer pressures, among others.

I have extensive experience working therapeutically with teens as well as families struggling to support their children during what can be some of the most difficult years of their child's life. I provide counseling for parents and family members as well as teens. Psycho-education is often a large part of this process, as well as skill-building.
